The award-winning Museum of Ordinary People (MOOP) is bringing "live" exhibits to Hastings for a special evening About this Event MOOP is a Brighton-based pop-up museum that empowers members of the public to create exhibits about the lives of ordinary people. We celebrating the ripples we all leave behind, and represent people and themes that aren't typically found in museums. At MOOP: STORIES, the audience will spend an evening learning more about the real people’s stories behind MOOP's exhibitions, as the artists behind them re-imagine their pieces in a live, ephemeral format – be it a video installation, a talk or a performance. You'll hear about the journey each participant went on to create their exhibition. How does it feel to be telling someone else’s story through artefacts, documents and object?
